It was a stunningly beautiful day at the Lake Hawea Holiday Park for this years cross country race and we must thank Sarah and Richard Burdon for letting us use the venue every year.
All of the children trained so hard for the event and should be very proud of how they competed and represented themselves.
A special congratulations goes to Rata as she was the winner of the Year 4 Girls race!
Here are some photos of the event below, but as I was on the starter I was unable to take any photos. I saw a lot of parents with their cameras out, so if you have some photos of Room 6 in action could you please email them to me and I will post them here.
Again a big congratulations to all the competitors and hopefully some of us will head to the Central Otago Cross Country in a few weeks.
