Biscuits
100g Butter
2 Tbsp Golden Syrup
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Milk (Warmed)
1 C Flour
1 C Coconut
1 C Rolled Oats
2/3 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Golden Syrup

2 Tbsp Milk (Warmed)

Method
1. Pre Heat your oven to 180ᵒC
2. Melt the butter and golden syrup in a pot.
3. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
4. Dissolve the baking soda in the hot milk.
5. Mix together the wet and the dry ingredients.
6. Roll the mix into balls and gently flatten
with the back of a fork.
7. Place onto a tray and bake for 10 –
15 minutes (the longer that they stay in the oven the crunchier they will be).
